MalaMala was one of the first private camps to move to photographic safaris from hunting safaris — snap the perfect photo by making use of the reserve’s photographic vehicle. Choose between one single room, eight luxury rooms, and ten luxury suites that are hidden among the bush and greenery of the main camp. All rooms have “his” and “hers” bathrooms, minibars, tea/coffee facilities, safes, and climate control. Children of all ages are welcome and family rooms are available on request.

MalaMala is situated in the eastern part of South Africa in the province of Mpumalanga. It shares a common border of 19km / 12 miles with the Kruger National Park and is part of a conservation gene pool that covers 5.5 million acres of land in the heart of the South African lowveld.
