The exclusivity of Little Oliver’s Camp captures Africa at her best. Classic game drives are a must, but Little Oliver’s Camp takes safari one step further with its walking excursions, night drives, balloon safaris, and authentic fly camping.
Located in an isolated corner of Tarangire National Park, the closest airstrip is a scenic hour-long drive away ensuring that upon arrival at Little Oliver’s Camp, guests will feel completely separated from the hustle and bustle of their daily lives. The camp blends effortlessly with the landscape and overlooks a flood plain of the Minyoyo Pools. Regular sightings include elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, wildebeest, and giraffe. The endangered African wild dog is even known to pass through.
Guests are accommodated in five luxury (solar and generator-powered) safari tents, including one triple tent merely one kilometre downstream from the Oliver’s Camp. All tents have en-suite bathrooms, hot water, flushing toilets, and indoor and outdoor showers. Guests can marvel at wildlife on the floodplain from the comfort and privacy of their tent.
