In the Entabeni Safari Conservancy on the banks of Lake Entebeni with views Entabeni Mountain lies the luxurious Lakeside Lodge. Nicknamed “The Place of the Mountain”, the conservancy is home to the Big 5 and five different ecosystems. Enjoy magnificent views of this part of the upper escarpment from Lakeside Lodge.

Keep your eyes peeled for the Big 5, among large numbers of birds, mammals and plants on guided game drives around Entabeni in open safari vehicles. Guided predator walks and non-predator walks are available, as well as horseback safaris, stargazing, golf, helicopter flights and spa treatments.

Luxury Suites, including a Honeymoon Suite, are on offer, all linked by a walkway that leads up to the reception area. The rooms have tall ceilings and private balconies that look out onto the nearby lake – the perfect place to watch the sunset with a drink in hand. The lodge has an elegant on-site restaurant as well as a boma, bar, garden, deck, pool and conference room. The viewing deck is the ideal place to appreciate the lake view and maybe spot a hippo.
