Originally hailing from the Eastern Cape, Gerhard relocated to the Western Cape to study but quickly decided to call the Mother City home as he enjoys the laid-back, cosmopolitan lifestyle and surrounding nature. Of course, the fact that the city has some of the best wines also did not hurt! Just like an eagle, he adores flying, seeing the world and reaching new heights. And as our Intermediate English and German-speaking Travel Expert, he can juggle a lot (which also happens to be his party trick!).
