Day 1 - 3: Sabi Sabi, Kruger National Park
Whether you’re a family of five looking to escape the daily grind or a loved-up pair in search of a romantic retreat, a safari at Sabi Sabi Game Reserve is just what you need. Offering an authentic safari experience with added luxury, visitors will find peace and relaxation in the heart of the bushveld in this 65,000ha reserve. Sabi Sabi is teeming with wildlife and untainted by the crowds that flock to the neighbouring Kruger National Park.
Start the day by greeting the bush on foot with a guided walk and keep your eyes peeled while on twice-daily game drives. The reserve’s wildlife population include the Big 5, endangered wild dog, rhino, cheetah, and a multitude of birds. Amateur and experienced photographers will be thrilled to experience Sabi Sabi’s personalised photographic safari complete with custom vehicles and knowledgeable guides.
End your day with a massage at the wellness spa and a dinner accompanied by tribal dancing. A visit to the nearby Shangaan will enhance your understanding of local culture and their customs – and be sure to pay a visit to the traditional healer while you’re there.

Day 4: Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa, Johannesburg
A portion of what was once a 10-acre estate complete with horses, stables, and rolling lawns, The Fairlawns retains the park-like grandeur of a stately country abode. Found in Sandton’s high-end Morningside Manor suburb, this refined 5-star establishment strikes a pleasing balance between secluded tranquillity and proximity to Johannesburg’s high-octane business centres.
Johannesburg’s most fashionable districts are close at hand while The Fairlawns’ complimentary shuttle service in the Sandton area makes things that much more convenient. When not browsing shops and galleries or trying out some of the fine restaurants you may want to venture further afield to the city’s many sights and experiences. That being said, on the hotel grounds, there is a fully-equipped gym, Balinese Spa, and a la carte restaurant to enjoy.
This all-suite boutique experience features Deluxe Grand Chateaux, Superior Courtyard, and Superior Villa categories as well as a European villa style Presidential Suite and stand-alone Villa Residence with maximum exclusivity and privacy. Suffice it to say that all options are sumptuously decorated—here everyone is royalty. Now for the cherry on top: a candlelit dinner on the terrace.
Complimentary airport transfers
Day 5 - 9: Royal Chundu, Victoria Falls
