Set on a quiet street in Tamboerskloof, at the slopes of Table Mountain, The Trevoyan Guesthouse will let you escape into your own little home away from home in between exploring the Mother City. This Victorian-style guesthouse is set around a 95 year old oak tree - just follow the sound of rustling leaves...
The Trevoyan is centrally situated in a quiet street and safe neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of some of the city's top restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops and is only a short taxi ride from the popular V&A Waterfront. Also nearby are Lions Head and Table Mountain as well as Cape Town's fantastic beaches - Clifton and Camps Bay.
The guesthouse features eight spacious rooms, each uniquely decorated and painted in muted colours. They are complete with en suite bathrooms and luxurious Oregon wooden floors, sea grass carpets and white American shutters. In the main house there are two luxury garden rooms with extra length king size beds and three luxury double bedrooms - of which two can be converted into twin beds. The garden villa consists of two suites and the gate house room. Each suite has its own kitchenette and a couch, which converts into a third bed in the living room.
Wake up to a delicious breakfast buffet every morning on the sunlit terrace. Choose from a variety of muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juice, marmalade and breads; a hot breakfast, or an assortment of cheeses and cold meats. Enjoy a selection of teas and freshly ground and brewed coffee before heading off to explore the city.
