At Paradise Sun accommodation is simple and minimalist, uncluttered in a traditional Creole style. The individual chalets all face the sheltered bay that is fringed by the spectacular Cote d’Or beach, with its pristine white sand (unless you visit in seaweed season!). There are 80 rooms in total, all with their won bathrooms, mini bars, telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, ceiling fans and safes. However there is no air-conditioning, being on the north coast there is however a pleasant cooling breeze coming off the sea, one advantage of this coat, however a disadvantage is that the sun sets on the other side of the island, so no sundowners. There are two restaurants which concentrate on Creole cooking and serve up mouthwatering food as well as tropical drinks.
There are a myriad of facilities available at this resort to satisfy the most energetic and the most laid back visitor. There is a swimming pool for cool afternoon dips, table tennis and volleyball are also available. You can sweat out last nights cocktails on a bicycle tour, whilst canoeing to nearby islands or when learning to windsurf. You can also learn some more about the island and the Seychelles on a nature walk with a trained naturalist. Also available is; car hire, bicycle hire, games room, boutique, kayaks, snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, boat excursions. As well as massage facilities, island excursions and of course scuba diving!
