There is something for everyone at Dolomite Camp - whether its wildlife, bird watching, relaxing in comfort or admiring the flora – Dolomite has it.
Etosha’s new Dolomite Camp which has opened in the restricted western side of the park makes it an exceptionally exclusive and ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of other Safari goers. Being perched on the top of a little hill, Dolomite Camp offers elegantly decorated, permanent luxury tents with en-suite that are elevated to harness every inch of the beautiful view and let the endless plains of Etosha National Park expand out in front of you.
The wildlife is pristine, as it has developed without human disturbance and rare species such as black rhino and black-faced impala have established themselves in the area. The many waterholes make for hot spots and attract frequent visitors such as elephants, rhinos, leopards, lions, springbok, gemsbok and the red hartebeest. The birdlife is prolific and the seasonal flowers of Dolomite Hill are a highlight for botanists too!
The camp is unfenced allowing animals to roam freely between the tents and communal area. However, with personal escorts your safety is guaranteed at all times. The restaurant serves delicious and satisfying meals and the personnel will always greet you with a smile.
Escape the Namibian heat and dive into the rim flow swimming pool or visit the curio shop and viewing deck overlooking a prolific waterhole that will keep you on your toes with an amazing wildlife experience.
Game drives in the area allow for exclusive game viewings as the area is still restricted. Experienced and knowledgeable guides will take you through this pristine area and the many waterholes offer high chances of spotting a diversity of wildlife.
