Monique is a fearless explorer - always looking for new and exciting experiences - and that's precisely why we employed her! She studied Hotel & Catering Management and Travel and Tourism Management, before heading to the bright lights of Glasgow! She then moved to London and worked her way up to become the manager of a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant. So she knows a thing or two about service delivery. After spending 6 years as one of our top travel planners, Monique's itchy feet got the better of her and she decided her skills would be put to better use heading up the Rhino Training Academy and joining our Digital Operations department as Team Leader and Training Co-ordinator.
