Situated in the South Luangwa National Park, along the west bank of the Luangwa River, Chikoko Trails Camps consists of two private camps: Chikoko Tree Camp and Crocodile River Camp.You can walk from camp to camp in the remote Eastern Zambia following the animal footpaths in the African bush, the well-worn elephant and hippo trails andoriginal footsteps of David Livingstone, through the Luangwa Valley. You will be under the guidance of expert guides with a wealth of experience and wilderness knowledge.
Chikoko Tree Camp is 8 kilometres upstream from Tafika Camp and has three twin en-suite chalets raised above the ground in the surrounding tree canopies. This affords great views of the surrounding Acacia grove and the teams of wildlife that frequent it throughout the day.

The two Chikoko Trails Camps are seasonally operated. They open annually from the 25th of May to the 31st of October.
