The pristine wildnerness of the Okavango Delta, Chobe National Park and the Makgadikgadi Pans remain unspoiled and fenceless.
If wildlife and unspoiled territories is your thing then Botswana has it all! The magnificent ebb and flow of water that is the Okavango Delta is spellbinding. The permanent swamp and deep channels of the Okavango offer year round Water activities and the highlight of any visit has to be going on a Mokoro (dug out canoe) in the Delta.
The world famous
Chobe National Park is best known for its massive herds of elephants and the vast array of wildlife can be viewed by land or water!
The more remote areas of
Linyanti and Savuti in the Chobe National Park are considerably quieter and offer spectacular game viewing experiences that have a much lower impact on the environment. The emphasis at most lodges in the park is on informality, simplicity and soaking up the unique wilderness experience. Many of these lodges can only be accesesed by light aircraft transfers.
Visiting the Okavango Delta and the Chobe National Park will certainly create lasting memories and instill a deep passion for Africa!

Okavango Delta
Described as "the river which never finds the sea", the Okavango River in northwestern Botswana disappears into a 6,000-square-mile maze of lagoons, channels, and islands. The Okavango Delta is a spectacular site either in flood or at other times of the year. Teeming with wildlife and over 400 bird species, a visit to Botswana's Delta is an experience of a lifetime.
Chobe National ParkThe Chobe National Park in Botswana has one of the largest concentrations of game in the whole of the African continent. It is also one the world's largest remaining wilderness areas and offers the most diverse array of wildlife out of all of Botswana's national parks. We recommend the Linyanti and the Savuti areas of Chobe as our favourite areas of Chobe.
Makgadikgadi PansThe Makgadikgadi Pans offers visitors an untouched and remote location deep in central Botswana, totally removed from the chaos and confusion of city life. Head out into the world's largest salt pan and be treated to a great game offering as animals of all creed and colour make their way to the water. We can also organise trips into the nearby Kalahari Desert, the haunt of the San Bushmen and other prehistoric peoples of Africa.
