Restored Arabian Palace in the centre of Stone Town

Zanzibar Palace Hotel is a 9-room boutique hotel in the heart of Stone Town. It is a restored Arab Palace which blends English, Arabian and Indian designs. It is within walking distance of the beachfront and most of Stone Town's attractions. The hotel is especially well-equipped with a restaurant, Arabic lounge bar, a book and DVD library and tourist information centre.

All the rooms are unique and individually appointed though there are essentially three standards of rooms. The two smaller rooms, Nadia and Rosewood, have double beds, while the Luxury rooms (Kijani, Shaba, Farizah, Sultana, Baina) are larger and more luxurious. And for unrivaled comfort, there are two huge luxury suites, Sherali and Dunia, perfect for honeymoons with bath tubs and spectacular views!

Once you've had your fill of historic Stone Town, why not join a boat trip to one of the islands off the coast of Zanzibar? These day trips will take you to secluded and beautiful beaches where you can go snorkeling and scuba-diving or just catch a tan in the sun. You can spot the endangered Giant Tortoise on Prison Island at the animal sanctuary - and much more!
