Escape to Bushmans Kloof in the Cederberg Mountains, Western Cape to a venue where peace and tranquillity are all pervading. Here at Bushmans Kloof in the heart of the wilderness you can stay in luxurious rooms and suites or even choose to stay in the ulta-luxurious and exclusive Koro Lodge, a private villa on the reserve. Both the Main Lodge and Koro Lodge are superbly decorated in natural earth tones and feature many handcrafted African pieces. Koro Lodge is perfect for families and larger groups who want their own space to do their own thing. The Main lodge can accommodate 32 guest in total.
Private patios, refreshingly cool swimming pools and an award winning restaurant are highlights of the lodge. You can also head down to the river boma for an evening's fireside drinks. There is even a private airstrip only a twenty minute drive from the lodge for those less inclined to self-drive to the area. Set as it is in a private nature reserve, there is plenty to see and do here. Sit still and you will be amazed at the magnificent views of some of the most amazing rock and mountain formations, and perhaps some of the wildlife and birdlife will pass by. Or go on a mountain bike ride, a game drive or a walk to nearby San artwork. You could also go canoeing, try your hand at archery or simply read a book or paint something.
