History of the Kruger Park
Founded by Paul Kruger in 1898. In 2002 it became part of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park that links Kruger with the Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe to the north, and with the Limpopo National Park in Mozambique to the east.

What Should I Pack?
The secret to successful safari packing is "less is more". Pack light and you'll save yourself many headaches. You really do not need to go mad buying camouflaged kit and pith helmets! Just take comfortable clothes and avoid bright colours.
Malaria is a serious illness, but can be easily prevented and should not deter you from visiting an area. There are many anti-malaria medicines available that have advanced so as to have minimal side effects. There are also a whole host of sprays and devices!
