Aquavit Guesthouse is a newly opened establishment in the scenic seaside town of Plettenberg Bay, one of the Garden Route's most revered attractions. It is perched on the cliffs above the 'Bahia Formosa' - beautiful bay as it was christened by the early Portuguese explorers. And they were pretty much spot on. With beautiful beaches sliding into the azure Indian Ocean and framed by the Tsitsikamma and Outeniqua Mountains, Plett really is something special. And Aquavit allows you to experience the wonders of this region while staying in luxury and comfort - and at prices that don't break the bank.

Accommodation comes in the form of five en-suite guestrooms, including one superior room, each individually decorated to ensure your stay is a personalised pleasure. Each room boasts an abundance of space with a private terrace (with chairs and table) affording panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Facilities include a mini-bar, electronic safe, hairdryer, ceiling fan, underfloor heating and LCD flat screen with Satellite TV and DVD player. There is a full shower in all rooms and 2 boast a bath to boot. The guest lounge has Internet access (laptops available for use) as well as a library just a few steps from the sparkling infinity pool and terrace where a sumptuous breakfast is served.

Plett is not known as the Jewel of the Garden Route for nothing. Endless stretches of beach extend into the Indian Ocean, home to dolphins and whales in season, and a haven for surfing, diving and boat cruises!
