Day 1: Victoria Falls

We will meet you at Joburg International (O R Tambo) from where you will hop on the hour-and-a-half flight to Victoria Falls. A 20-minute road transfer will see you to your lodge in time for a light lunch and an afternoon doze.

Day 2: Victoria Falls

After an early morning game drive Smear on the sun cream and grab your raincoat for a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls and the rain forest. The evening starts off with a sunset cocktail cruise on the Zambezi River.

Day 3: Victoria Falls

A day to relax on Safri at Matesi Water Lodge, you could go fishing or canoeing on the Zambezi River.

Day 4: Joburg

A mid-day flight back to Joburg gives you plenty of time to buy those curios, get the postcards and, if you’re really organised, make one last visit to the falls to soak up the spray and the splendour. You will arrive in Joburg mid-afternoon and a few minutes by shuttle from your hotel.

Day 5 - 7: Sabi Sands, Greater Kruger National Park

After a leisurely breakfast you will hop onto a flight destined for Exeter that leaves at 09h30 and arrives at 11h00. A 20-minute game drive transfer will take you to your lodge for a quick orientation and the first of many fabulous meals. By mid-afternoon you’ll be on a game drive that stops for a sundowner and returns by night.

Day 8: Joburg

The sleep-eat-game-drive routine continues unabated until the day of your departure. After a morning game drive and breakfast, you will transfer back at Joburg International(O R Tambo) by 15h00 and the end of your fabulous African safari.
