Day 1-4: Lion Sands Reserve, Sabi Sands

You will be picked up at Johannesburg Airport and transferred to Lion Sands - either by private jet (1 hour) or 5/6 hours by road. A representative will meet you and bring you to Lion Sands Camp where you have the option of staying in Ivory Lodge or River Lodge. Game viewing starts almost immediately as you enter the camp.

Lunch is usually served on arrival and this informal affair gives you an opportunity to allow the camp manager to set up a special programme of activities tailormade to your every desire. You will head out for an evening game drive - an excellent chance to spot nocturnal animals such as lion and leopard.

Game drives take place in Open Landrovers ensuring you of some excellent gameviewing and photographic opportunities. Two daily game drives, in the early morning and late afternoon/evening ensure you have the chance to view the animals when they are at their most active.

Day 4-7: Cape Cadogan, Cape Town City Centre

You will enjoy a final morning on safari before returning to the camp for breakfast. You will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Johannesburg and then onwards to Cape Town.

On arrival at Cape Town Airport you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to the Cape Cadogan Hotel where you will spend the next 3 nights.

Located in the centre of Cape Town, the hotel has a fantastic location, both equal distance from the Waterfront and Camps Bay Beaches. You are free to explore the city on your own or you can join any of our fantastic Cape Town Day Tours.
