From Eros Airport in Etosha you will fly to Ongava’s private airstrip. Accommodation at Little Ongava comprises of 3 spacious luxury suites each with its own plunge pool, en-suite bathroom, a ‘sala”, an additional outdoor shower and a view of the waterhole in front of the lodge. Little Ongava’s main areas lends itself to relaxes, stylish dining under an African Sky or under thatch

Your mornings are usually spent within Etosha National Park, and your afternoons exploring the private Ongava Game Reserve. Drives are conducted in 4 x 4 safari vehicles. The lodge also offers night drives on the Reserve and guided walks with armed guards.

Day 1 -3 : Ongava Private Game Reserve, Little Ongava

On arrival at Hosea Kutako Windhoek Airport you will be met by a representative and transferred by road to Eros Airport. You will catch a charter flight to Ongava Private Airstrip. You will be met at the airstrip and transferred the short distance to Little Ongava. You will be met by camp staff and welcomed to the camp.

Lunch is served on your arrival and in the afternoon you will depart for a game drive on the Ongava 30000 hectare reserve. At sunset you will stop for a sundowner drink. You will return to the camp after dark and enjoy dinner in the Lapa or outside overlooking the floodlight water hole.

The following morning you will wake up early and enjoy breakfast, before departing for a full morning of game drives in the Etosha National Park. Etosha is Namibia’s premier game viewing destination, where large herds of plains game concentrate around the waterholes making for exciting wildlife viewing. Species that can be seen year round include Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Giraffe, Zebra, Wildebeest, Springbok, Oryx, Kudu and the dimuntive Damara Dik Dik, Birlife is also good with Ostrich and raptors in abundance.

You will have a total of 3 nights at Little Ongava.

Day 4 : Day of Departure

A final morning to enjoy at Little Ongava before being transferred back to the airstrip for your return flight to Eros Airport. On arrival at Eros Airport you will be met by a representative from Rhino Africa and transferred back to Hosea Kutako for your onward travel arrangements.
