Elephant Back Safari

Go on safari through the African Bush on the back of an Elephant

Imagine travelling through the African Bush on top of an elephant - imagine no more - book an Elephant Back Safari ! This is one of the most popular tours in Victoria Falls and definately requires prebooking. Despite its massive size, the elephants do not disturb the surrounding animals and as you and the family of elephants travel along you can see birds, giraffe and various species of antelope.

• This tour runs twice a day - once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
  
• You will be picked up from your hotel in Victoria Falls or Livingstone and transfered by vehicle to the site.
  
• After a light snack and a drink you will be introduced to the elephants and guides
  
• You will the climb up on the elephants ( by use of a large mounting block ) and start your elephant back safari
  
• After an hour or so on the elephants you will dismount, have a chance to take photos, before being transfered back to your hotel in Victoria Falls or Livingstone.
