Victoria Falls and Livingstone Airport both receive several daily flights from Johannesburg Airport.
Daily flights operate between Johannesburg Airport to Victoria Falls Airport (Zimbabwe) and Livingstone Airport (Zambia). The flight is about 90 minutes in duration. Victoria Falls Airports is about 20 minutes drive from Victoria Falls town, and Livingstone Airport about 20minute drive from the Falls Resort. Rhino Africa can organise transfers on your behalf. Most of the flights leave Johannesburg Airport first thing in the morning – which does often require that you overnight at Johannesburg Airport prior to travelling to Victoria Falls.

Via Botswana
A lot of travellers choose to combine a Victoria Falls stay with time in Botswana’s Okavango and Chobe. The drive from Chobe is about 2 hours from Victoria Falls Airport. This would mean you would arrive in Maun (from Johannesburg or Windhoek) and fly from Victoria Falls / Livingstone back to Johannesburg. If you decide to take this option be careful of the restricted luggage on small ‘ charter flights’ in Botswana.
Visas
Be warned that Visa regulations and costs change in Zimbabwe and Zambia on a regular basis. The Victoria Falls's close proximity to many different countries offers the unique opportunity to make international day trips and many people like to visit both sides of the falls more than once.
