A trip to Lake Victoria is almost like stepping back in time. There are no hordes of tourists or safari vehicles - just endless blue water and lakeside villages stretching as far as the eye can see. The Nile Perch was introduced to the lake and this massive fish can grow as big as a man, which makes catching one all the more exciting.
