There are nine air conditioned ensuite safari tents that offer supreme luxury in the heart of the Okavango Delta. You can view animals from your own private deck which offers uninterrupted views of the channel. Each suite has an outside shower, indoor bath, romantic sala and private plunge pool for your convenience.

In addition to your private suites, there are tasteful guest areas which allow you to interact with others or just simply appreciate the open air and wildlife wonders of the Delta stretching out in front of you. The intimate guest sitting area boasts a spacious games and reading area while you can enjoy superb meals in the shade and cool breeze of the outdoor dining area.

Varied game activities

Xaranna offers a great selection of game viewing activities. Hop on a mokoro and glide down the Delta's waterways, go on guided walks and track animals as they move silently through the bush. Hunt for predators and other nocturnal animals on an exciting night drive or spot the Big Five from your Landrover during the day. It's a paradise for birdwatchers and you can enjoy a sunset cruise down the Delta if you please.

Xaranna Tented Camp is spread across 25 000 hectares of pristine wilderness in the Northern reaches of the Okavango Delta. To reach Xaranna, fly into the Xudum airstrip, a mere 20 minute flight from Maun, followed by a 45 minute game drive, or a short game drive followed by a mokoro or boat ride into Camp (depending on water levels).
