About !Uris Safari LodgeThe ground beneath your feet at !Uris Safari Lodge will reveal ancient geological wonders and a unique experience in a singularly unique country. Several old miners houses, dating back to the early 1900s, have been converted into delightful thatched rooms with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, extra-length beds, elegant mosquito drapes, and locally crafted furniture and artworks. The family rooms have ladder-type stairs. The living area at !Uris Safari Lodge has a thatched roof and open sides that allow the view and the cool evening breeze to wander through at will. Meals are served indoors and out; the lounge has a large fireplace; and down below is a rich wine shaft. A large wooden deck extends outward from the living area to the landscaped garden and the swimming pool, which is big enough to have an island in the middle. |
