Each of the five private and perfectly positioned, Hemingway Style tents are built on their own wooden platforms overlooking the Mkuze River. Transport yourself back to a by gone era of safari elegance, as each of the tents has its own freestanding Victorian Bath, but with the reassurance that each tent is air-conditioned, providing you with your own ‘eco friendly’ retreat. Mkuze Falls Tented Lodge has its own lounge, bar, boma and swimming pool. Pre-dinner drinks around the fire on the bar deck provide both a perfect ending to exhilarating game viewing and a subtle start to the nocturnal sounds and rhythms the African night.The lodge takes pride in its starlit dinners, served in the Boma or on the Deck, where the only interruption to the peaceful setting is the sounds of the Zebra in the distance or the unexpected roar of a pride of Lions. |
