Savanna Lodge Description

Savanna Private Game Reserve encompasses the very essence of an “Out of Africa” camp. The “tented” suites combine the romance of a tented roof and draped inner ceiling, with the sophistication of a permanent structure that ensures luxury and privacy. Savanna has seven beautifully appointed rooms. Three are top of the range Executive Suites, each of which has its own private plunge pool, and an indigenous garden area. These suites may accommodate a third person.

The four Luxury Suites are of equal standard, though slightly smaller and without the private pool and double shower. These suites are more intimate and romantic. All of the Suites are airconditioned and have a well stocked mini bar. Guests may enjoy game viewing in comfort from the upstairs Library whilst the lounge and dining room is an impressive building under thatch, which is perfectly positioned with a view of the beautiful swimming pool and a few metres further, the waterhole. The open air boma, also overlooking the floodlit waterhole, creates a warm, friendly atmosphere, where guests may enjoy a traditional African meal under the stars.
