About Blue Mountain Lodge

Set in the lush forests of Kiepersol, the Blue Mountain Lodge offers thirteen beautifully decorated suites and lakeshore manor houses. Their cellar boasts an excellent selection of the finest South African wines and the fine dining restaurant is famous for its excellent cuisine.

The Manor Houses are the epitome of luxury and privacy and are surrounded by forest. Each has two suites, a marbled bathroom, a mahogany study, kitchen, lounge and dinning room, including your own personal chef and maitr'd. All suites have king-sized, extra length beds and rooms have been individually decorated. The furniture, except antiques, were designed by Valma Botha and custom-made for the Blue Mountain Lodge. The four Quadrants Portfolio suites are romantically set in a cobbled courtyard, with gallery bedrooms reminiscent of castles and Camelot. These duplex rooms have a lounge, bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet downstairs and a gallery bedroom upstairs. The Ballantine suite or "The Presidential Suite" embraces a classical regency style. This suite has an elegantly furnished spacious lounge and majestic bedroom and a private plunge pool silently glistens over luscious forestry.

Activities at Blue Mountain Lodge include bass fishing, bird watching and walking and hiking on the property. Further excursions comprise golfing, panoramic tours and safaris, exhilarating helicopter flights.
