Lukimbi Safari Lodge is a stunning luxury lodge situated in the easily accessible southern portion of the Kruger National Park, an area well-known for good game viewing.

Lukimbi Safari Lodge has 14 luxurious suites styled in modern African décor with spectacular river views to give that African bush feel! The cool and spacious lounge and dining room have spectacular views over the river and the open game plains beyond. Executive suites each have a separate bedroom, lounge, dining area and two bathrooms. Standard suites each have air conditioning, fans and inside and outside shower and bath with breathtaking views. Decks lead from the bedroom and lounge to the inviting private pool below. The pools at these suites are the ultimate in peace and tranquillity. The secluded deck is the ideal place to observe birds, watch game (and if you are lucky some of the Big Five!) sauntering down to the river for an evening drink and to relax in a world of your own.

Lukimbi Safari Lodge : Game Activities

Lukimbi Safari Lodge is situated on a Kruger National Park concession, known as the Lwakhahle Concession and running through the area is the old trading road to Mozambique. Running through the concession is the old trading road to Mozambique, used by ox wagon transporters carrying goods to and from the coast.

This is a lodge with art, colour and exciting furnishing, but at the same time your eye is drawn outwards to the beckoning bush beyond. Lukimbi Safari Lodge has 14 luxurious suites styled in modern African décor with awesome river views. Taking guided walks or game drives on our private roads will amaze and intrigue all your senses. The openness of the architecture ensures that bird calls and animal movements are never far away. So even relaxing in the comfort of the magnificent lodge ensures a tranquil African bush experience.

Lukimbi Safari Lodge is situated in the Kruger National Park, an easy 4-5 hours drive from Johannesburg in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. There are direct daily flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg to KMIA (Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport). Transfers can be arranged between the airport and Lukimbi and transfer rates are available on request.The drive between KMIA and Lukimbi takes approximately one and a half hours and is done in an air-conditioned vehicle.
