We know you wanna visit the Masai Mara and you probably don't want to endure a bumpy 5 hour bus ride to get there! So contact a consultant and let us organise the right journey to suit your every need!
Most visitors to the Masai Mara opt for an internal flight from Wilson Airport, just outside Nairobi, to one of the safari strips within the reserve. The flight duration is only about 45 minutes and provides panoramic views of the reserve teeming with animals! There are two scheduled flights daily so you can leave early or later depending on your preference.
Should you choose to overland it from Nairobi, the Masai Mara is only 270km away but the journey will take about 5 hours due to the poor quality of the roads. Nonetheless it is a beautiful drive and we can organise a road transfer for you - or even hire a 4x4!
We are experts at coming up with itineraries to suit your every need. An enquiry costs you nothing and will probably help you quite a lot.

Kenya's premier wildlife area is the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. The reserve is well know for its abundant resident wildlife and is one of the few places where it's possible to see the big five during a morning's game drive. However it is perhaps more famous for the annual
Great Wildebeest and Zebra Migration which occurs between about July and October. Hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra migrate from the
Serengeti in Tanzania, to Kenya's
Masai Mara and back, crossing crocodile-infested rivers and trying their best to survive predators of the wild. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
