Première Restaurant is a fine dining option and voted one of the top restaurants in the country and the Jumani is a more relaxed affair with an open-plan kitchen and a buffet option. Drinking is encouraged with a choice of three venues – poolside, in the lagoon-facing lounge, or the leather-bound cigar bar. The luxurious spa is a wonder of the modern world. You can float in a heated saline pool, Turkish style, while listening to dolphin sounds piped underwater.
