About Kwandwe Uplands Homestead

Uplands Homestead, in the Kwandwe Game Reserve, is luxury Africa the way the 1820 Settlers saw it. The house is a sole-use villa with three suites each with an en suite bathroom and private verandah. The restored manor has been decorated with rare and beautiful artefacts from the early 1800s when South Africa's first European settlers made their tentative forays into the interior.

Wooden floors, high ceilings, bay windows and a shady verandah that extends to the large swimming pool and gazebo depict a life of elegance and charm. The private butler and chef ensure that every luxury is available and that your private villa is as relaxed and comfortable as your own home.
