The setting for Hog Hollow is special. Framed by the Tsitsikamma mountains, verdant indigenous forests and lush gardens. We believe that Hog Hollow is the perfect place from which to explore the Garden Route or simply to u-n-w-i-n-d., lazing in the warmth of the Africa sun, relaxing on the deck or in the quiet comfort of your suite.Twelve individual suites set in the gardens surrounding the main house offer uninterrupted view over forest and mountains.

Hog Hollow has plenty of fireplaces, hammocks, earthy tones & fabrics. Together with locally crafted artefacts comfortable stylish accommodation is created. Hog Hollow is well known for its delectable food and friendly, personalised service. Scumptious dinners are served in the conviviality of the candle lit dining room in the main house, and mouth watering breakfasts served on the deck each morning.

We recommend spending at least 2 days at Hog Hollow as there are so many things to see and do in the area. This particular section of the Garden Route can keep you entertained for days. Complete with your Hog Hollow Picnic basket, enjoy the day boating up the Keurbooms River, or take an extraordinary marine of Plettenberg Bay, or simply relax on long silvery beaches, canoeing, take a glider flight or walk through pristine nature reserves – the list is endless.
