Furnished and styled for ultimate comfort, the 12 en-suite bedrooms each have queen sized or single beds with percale bed linen, and all open onto private verandah's. Internationally known, Christina is a Maitre Chef de Cuisine whose School of Food and Wine in Durban has the accolade of being one of the top training schools in the world. The Plough Restaurant, situated in the centre of De Rust is owned by Bill and Christina Martin, and specialises in South African cuisine with Christina making use of seasonal and organic produce wherever possible. |
