Getting to Chobe is a delightful journey so sit back and enjoy the ride as you get to experience all the African wild has to offer!

Access via Victoria Falls & Livingstone Airports
Chobe is only 90 minutes drive from Victoria Falls Airport and Livingstone Airport, both of these airports receive daily flights from Johannesburg Airport. Road transfers and flights can be arranged to the lodge of your choice.
Kasane Airport
Kasane International Airport is only 3 kilometres from the entrance of Chobe National Park. Kasane airport is perfect for gaining access by air to all parts of Botswana and Victoria Falls, however we do not recommend using this airport as means of major access to the area as the flights from Johannesburg are erratic and we are not reliable enough in our professional opinion.
Maun
If you are combining your stay in Chobe with a safari in the Okavango then the normal way of arriving is to fly into Maun. From here you will catch a small scheduled charter flight to your Okavango safari camp, from here you will catch another small Cessna 206 to Kasane Airport. Its important to remember that the small charter flights have a luggage limit of 12kg in soft sided bags. Speak to your Rhino Africa consultant about the logistics.
Linyanti & Savuti Lodges
The lodges of the Linyanti & Savuti area are accessible by light aircraft.
