River Manor is a charming guesthouse in the middle of Stellenbosch. Owned and run by Johan and Leigh, who have a hands on approach, and delight in entertaining and ensuring that guests have a great time. All 16 rooms have been stylishly furnished with antiques in keeping with the theme "Colonial charm with a touch of Africa". Rooms are equipped with the necessary modern conveniences (TV with MNet, hairdryer, ceiling fan, wall safe, bar fridge, heating) and the luxuries of complimentary Port and Sherry trays along with soft toweling bathrobes. Air conditioned rooms are available on request. . At the end of the day, guests can retire to the luxury and comfort of the lounge or veranda sipping sundowners whilst watching the sun set against the majestic Simonsberg mountain range.

Enjoy Colonial poolside breakfasts before setting out to explore Stellenbosch and its surrounding winelands. River Manor does not have a restaurant but Johan and Leigh are able to recommend and book tables at a multitude of local eateries.

The Spa at River Manor is situated within a tranquil garden, overlooking an inviting swimming pool. Within this intimate Spa, guests may indulge in true luxury and pampering, where the Dermalogica Range of products is used – allowing for personalised treatments, using only the highest quality active ingredients. Following in the French Spa tradition, the emphasis at the Spa is to allow for rest, relaxation and the restoring of the inner being.

A comprehensive range of Body and Beauty Treatments is offered, with guests able to enjoy further relaxation in the garden, at the poolside on the wrap around verandas.
