While all are comfortable, opt for the luxury rooms, which have added extras like king size beds, separate showers, separate toilet and bidet, underfloor heating and private patios.

Roel and Lucienne own Plumwood Inn and for several years they have been honing a combination of hearty welcome and relaxing comfort. Breakfasts feature Lucienne's famous breads, muffins, pastries and preserves; dinners, served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, are hearty alternatives to the silver service restaurants down the road; staff are neatly turned out, friendly, helpful and efficient; and for location the guesthouse simply cannot be beaten.
