Ginja Restaurant is one of Cape Town’s most talked about restaurants. Chef Mike Bassett cleverly combines local and international ingredients to create a fusion meals. Situated on the Atlantic Seaboard in Bantry Bay you will find Chef Peter Goffe Wood’s Salt Restaurant. With uninterrupted seaviews, it is an ideal venue for a lazy lunch as you over look the ocean as its crashes on the rocks below.
La Colombe Restaurant at Constantia Uitsig has a fantastic setting. The chef Luke Dale Roberts has created a magical menu, combining the flavours of Africa, the East and Europe , and at the same time filling the very big Chefs Clogs left by Franck Dangereux.
