Hout Bay Manor Hotel offers a choice of exquisitely decorated rooms which are ideal for guests wishing to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing hideaway. Hout Bay Manor provides accommodation in twenty-one en-suite and exclusive rooms. Each is individually and tastefully decorated, and falls into one of four categories: Xhosa, Sotho, Zulu and Sangoma. These categories simply determine the size of your room, since every bedroom at the hotel offers the same facilities.

Pure is the in-house restaurant which serves an array of delectable cuisine. It is also open to the public, from Tuesday to Saturday night and for Sunday lunch. Meals can be enjoyed in front of the fireplaces or under the oaks on the terrace (weather permitting). Relax after a long day of sightseeing in the Bar and Terrace with a drink and even enjoy a light meal. Functions, including conferences and weddings, can be held in fine style in a boardroom that hosts up to 10 delegates. There is a heated outside pool, ideal for a dip at all times of year, and massage treatments can be arranged. All in all, Hout Bay Manor provides an exceptional and exclusive stay.

Steeped in history and natural beauty, Hout Bay has much to offer visitors with attractions ranging from its quaint, traditional fishing harbour and white sandy beach to a number of excellent shops and restaurants. Located on the western side of the Cape Peninsula, Hout Bay lies in a lush valley surrounded by dunes, mountains and shoreline. Part of the Cape Peninsula National Park, the picturesque village has the air of an unhurried, natural paradise - despite being a mere stone's throw from the Cape Town city centre. It is also ideally positioned in relation to the rest of the Cape Peninsula, providing good access to areas such as the world-renowned Cape Winelands.

A major contributor to Hout Bay's very distinctive ambience, and a popular attraction, is the colourful harbour with its rustic fishing boats and the eternal bustle of fishermen. It also hosts the SAS Pretoria - an old minesweeper that is now a floating museum. This museum is docked in the well-equipped marina, also home to the boats that will take you on the chartered tours .They include a trip to Duiker island to view seals and seabirds, deep sea fishing charters, diving expeditions and sunset cruises.
