Stillness Manor and Spa General Information

Stillness Manor and Spa is surrounded by forests, golf courses, vineyards, nature reserves and a meditative silence. Situated at the foot of the Steenberg Mountains in Cape Town's mink and manure region of Tokai, the manor offers scenic seclusion and a holistic pampering in which our hectic daily schedules make excuses for us to indulge. The manor has fourteen suites of varying sizes – some are secluded cottages – each decorated with singular and undemanding simplicity.

Accommodation at Stillness Manor and Spa is luxurious. Comprising only spacious suites, each with en suite bathroom that has separate shower and bath, amenities include air conditioning, home entertainment centres and mini bars; eight of the luxury suites have fireplaces – a must for cosy Cape winter nights. The manor serves full breakfasts and a la carte lunches and dinners.

The spa is jointly operated with spa management and consultancy group, Ginkgo whose philosophy is to “recapture the forgotten sense of wellbeing”. And at Stillness Manor there's every chance of capturing the sense of well-being even if you never had it in the first place. In the serene forest setting, the spa comprises six treatment rooms, a sauna and steam room, a fully equipped exercise gym, a heated indoor pool and a secluded Zen temple. And if that isn't to help you restore the balance, you may as well indulge on the fine food and excellent wines on offer after exploring the Cape's many attractions.
