To stay at Constantia Uitsig and not enjoy meals at Uitsig Restaurant or La Colombe would be criminal. Frank Swainston conjures up and creates robust Italian flavours in the Constantia Uitsig restaurant, a large picture window overlooking the picturesque Vineyards.
Frank Dangereux specialises in the more delicate flavours of Southern France in his La Colombe Restaurant. La Colombe has twice been the winner of the restaurant of year award. Lighter lunches and breakfast can be joined at the Spanschemat River Café. The sunny outside eating area is surrounded by a provision of herbs, rhubarbs and beets, interspersed with bright flowers.
