Dock House is a unique boutique hotel in the bustling Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in central Cape Town. Unlike many other hotels in the vicinity, it only contains six rooms and thus guarantees an intimate and personal stay. And this hotel has quite a history - it was originally the private residence of the Harbour Master in the 1800s. The rooms are complemented by lush manicured gardens and a sparkling swimming pool (with bar) which is set against the majestic backdrop of Table Mountain. There is an elegant breakfast room and you can wine and dine at the Salt Restaurant and OYO Restaurant or in the comfort of your room.

Accommodation comprises five bedrooms and a luxury suite, each individually designed with a touch of class. There are four rooms upstairs, with three opening out onto private decks offering panoramic views over the harbour. Downstairs the only room has its own verandah facing the lush grounds while the Suite offers the utmost in luxury with its private garden. Each room comes with a well-appointed bathroom, a stylish open bar, plasma-screen television, satellite decoder and a free wireless internet connection.
