Fish Hoek It might be dry – ( meaning there is no alcohol for sale ) but Fish Hoek has a real bucket and spade seaside feel about it. One of the safest and warmest beaches in Cape Town. Between July and November Southern Right Whales have been known to come to close to the beach.
Great White Sharks Whilst they don’t always receive the best Public Relations, many people come to False Bay and the Cape Peninsula to see Great White Sharks. The Underwater Geology means that this is the only place in the world that the sharks ‘ breach’ and literally jump out of the water to feed on seals. This has been the subject of many films and documentaries.
