Seaforth Holiday Home is situated in the picturesque suburb of Simon’s Town; famous for its penguins, beautiful Boulders beaches and quirky antique shops - not forgetting the fabulous selection of seafood restaurants. The property itself is comfortable and unpretentious offering excellent value for money and plenty of accommodation for the whole family.

The living areas are open plan and cool with travertine tiles throughout. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The lounge leads out onto a patio and pool area which overlooks Simon’s Town and the surrounding coastline. The pool area is very private and the surrounding grassed area provides space for the kids to enjoy themselves a bit too.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, all situated on one level. The main bedroom has lovely views of the ocean and is furnished with a double bed and also boasts an en-suite bathroom. The second & third bedrooms are furnished with double beds while the fourth bedroom offers twins beds. The family bathroom and separate toilet are shared between these three bedrooms.

Simon’s Town is a mesmerizing seaside village offering many fulfilled activities making it the perfect place for family holidays or perhaps you prefer to just sit back and enjoy the breathtaking scenery while soaking up the South African sun. Seaforth Holiday Home is fully alarmed & offers secure off street parking as well as a single garage. Housekeeping can be arranged on request.

The house is within walking distance of Seaforth Beach and the fantastic Seaforth Restaurant. There is also a nearby store for those last minute necessities or a late night snack. Rates are very reasonable and subject to the availability, they are also dependent on length of stay, number of guests and season. Weekend specials are available on a regular basis so please do not hesitate to enquire about this lovely, family friendly holiday home. All linen, towels, cutlery & crockery are supplied at Seaforth Holiday Home.

Because of its beach seaside location, Seaforth Holiday Home is easily located off Simon’s Towns main road – which runs parallel to Seaforth Beach. The house is not on the main road itself but is situated just a little way up on the hillside in Princess Road. The property boasts lovely views of the False Bay Coastline and is a short drive from the famous Cape Point Nature Reserve as well as the picturesque seaside village of Simon’s Town.
