Spanish Villa is a charming 4 – 5 bedroom home, situated in Hout Bay offering comfortable holiday accommodation as well as beautiful and secure outdoor gardens & entertainment areas; perfect for a family getaway or relaxing holiday retreat. The main house is spacious offering well equipped rooms suitable for every occasion; the dining area is the main focus of the home and is open plan to the formal lounge and sitting areas; all of which are decorated in a classic but modern Afro style.

The kitchen and lounge areas open out onto a fabulous long patio overlooking the lush green garden. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and offers and en-suite. Two rooms share the full family bathroom and are furnished with a double bed and twin beds. The separate fourth bedroom, which is connected to the house via a courtyard that is access from the kitchen, can be used as a guest suite offering a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

With approximately 2500 meters of outdoor space, the main features of this property certainly have to be its beautifully maintained, landscaped and terraced gardens as well as the sheltered, private pool area. The front balcony overlooks a gorgeous landscaped garden and the surrounding mountains, while the large open grassed area on the side of the house with trampoline is a delight for the children.

And last but certainly not least the back terraced garden with heated charcoal swimming pool and lovely mountain views. This is definitely the place to bring your kids and enjoy a carefree holiday in Hout Bay, Cape Town. The property is serviced once a week but additional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional charge. There is also plenty of secure, off-street parking and the use of a single garage for guests to utilize.
