Villa No 5 is situated in a very central part of Hout Bay. A short 15 minute drive, in any direction, will take you either to centre of the town for a stroll around the shops, to beachfront for a bit of sunbathing or to the harbour to discover the many seafood restaurants. The villa is located along Campbell Road, on the hillside, just above the recognized Hout Bay manor. The surrounding residential area is quiet and allows for lazy mornings and peaceful evenings.
