Gryphon House is a three bedroom Villa in Camps Bay, one of Cape Town's most sought-after destinations, sandwiched between the rugged Twelve Apostles and Atlantic Ocean seaboard. Once you've climbed the stairs and entered the house, you will be blown away. The entrance hall is majestic and opens out into the lounge and well-equipped kitchen which has every appliance imaginable. There is a classic fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights and the massive glass windows ensure nothing interferes with your view of waves rolling up onto the beach. The outdoor veranda allows you to savour the cool sea breeze and panoramic views, with comfortable couches and chairs, ideal for sipping cocktails as the sun sets in spectacular style!

Accommodation consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms, each one appointed with all creature comforts. Each room has a double bed, satellite TV, DVD Player, telephone and underfloor heating and the entire villa is alarmed, giving you security and peace of mind. There is an office with Internet access, if you really have to work, as well as a laundry room. And you can wander down to the lush gardens complete with a swimming pool, deckchairs and barbeque area.
