Davarra Riccio is a unique Clifton villa boasting exceptional views. The house itself flows throughout three different levels. At ground level guests are welcomed by an enormous double garage that offers access, by stairs or furnicular, to the first floor of this villa. The first floor features a large twin en-suite bedroom which has access onto a private balcony. This floor is also where you will discover the private gym.

On the second (& biggest) floor you will be greeted by many features including a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas as well as an honesty bar which has access onto a beautiful balcony offering a built in BBQ & Jacuzzi. Davarra Riccio is situated on the boarder of Camps Bay and Clifton just off one of Cape Town’s more popular roads – Kloof Road. The property itself is located on a quite cul-de-sac, Clifton Road, which doesn’t generate a great deal of traffic therefore allowing for peaceful mornings and relaxing afternoons.

There is a large drive with plenty off street parking as well as a generous double garage offering secure parking. The house is approximately 200 meters uphill from Camps Bay & Clifton beaches.
